Biography

In 2002 Junior along with Gavin Rose set up the ASPIRE academy aimed for 16-18 year olds boys to combine football and education.

In 2009 till 2023 Junior naturally became assistant manager when Gavin took over at Dulwich Hamlet and has overseen the club evolve going from an average home attendance of 160 to now over 3000 per home game. Junior continues to be an integral force to the growth and success of the Aspire Academy, providing a platform for the young graduates to go on to semi-professional football and higher education.

Junior started his own playing career as a schoolboy at Wimbledon then joined Crystal Palace after leaving school before becoming a professional at Coventry City, he has had a distinguished career in non league football with clubs such as Kingstonian, Bromley, Dartford, Lewes, Dulwich Hamlet, Carshalton and also represented Sierra Leone in Afcon and World Cup Qualifiers.
